Currently, we are spending a lot of time on different information channels (social media). We will do it on this common platform. 1. For example, if you have heard about Stack Overflow, we will do the same for Cement and  maintain the history of discussion on various issues of Cement Plant. Currently we are doing that on WhatsApp groups. That's useless. Between one discussion, some other message comes. And no history. 2. Vacancy database. 3. Cement people database. 4.
