Some basic points to focus on in professional life.

  • Pray.
  • Say thanks.
  • Learn. Try. Share.
  • Always keep smiling.
  • Focus on your work only.
  • Walk confidently, walk fast.
  • Be the first to reach the workplace.
  • Engage yourself in productive things.
  • Reach to the people and help them grow.

  • Behave friendly with ground-level people.
  • Behave politely with colleagues.
  • Behave professionally with seniors.


  • Always remember the hierarchy pyramid.
  • The number of jobs (positions) will be less at the top.
  • At your level (with 8 years experience), there are many jobs.


  • Maintain a hobby (or more hobbies).
  • Read more and more.
  • Write more and more.
  • Speak as much as required. 

  • Politics is everywhere. 
  • Smaller the plant / organization, bigger the politics.
  • If someone says that don't have politics in their plant, believe me that they have the most politics in their plant.
  • I see no politics. I hear no politics. I speak no politics.
  • If you don't think about politics. You will not see politics.


  •  Don't leave a big group / organization for a single plant organization.

For cement plants that do not have advanced coal dosing systems such as Pfister, Coriolis, or Multicore, traditional coal feeding systems still dominate operations.  These include: Venturi-Based Coal Transfer and Firing System,   V1 – A successful project. FK Pump-Based Coal Transfer and Firing System, F1. FK Pump-Based Direct Coal Firing System, FD1 –  Two successful projects. Challenges in Traditional Coal Feeding Systems In these setups, coal transport starts when the coal firing bin reaches its lower limit and stops when it reaches the higher limit. However, this method introduces several challenges: SFM Draft Variation: Sudden coal transport starts and stops create fluctuations in the SFM (Solid Flow Meter) draft, leading to inconsistent feeding.
