A Common Career Concern Nowadays in Cement Industry

A very common concern shared by many young professionals is about job stability and growth.
Many of them have been working for several years through third-party contracts, handling responsibilities similar to regular employees, yet they don’t get an opportunity to come on-roll.

Question:
Despite putting in years of sincere work and gaining valuable experience, what practical steps or guidance would you suggest for such professionals so that their career can grow, and they can achieve better stability and recognition?

I can completely understand this.
Many of us have been through similar situations. We work hard, we take on responsibility, yet opportunities come late. But we mustn't lose heart.

I'd like to share a few things from my own experience:

Keep learning new things - - - every new skill makes us stronger.

Work with a sense of ownership - - - whether you're a 3rd party contractor or on the company's payroll, work as if it's your own company. People quickly recognize this attitude.

Showcase your work - - - highlight what you've done well, what you've improved, or any changes you've implemented. Good work won't be recognized if it's not visible.

Stay positively engaged - - - maintain good relationships, be polite, and stay connected with people. Many opportunities arise through networking.

Don't be afraid of change when needed - - - sometimes the right growth only comes when we take a step forward.

Remember, honest hard work never goes to waste.

Our dedication and intentions will one day take us where we deserve to be.

Our time will surely come, sometimes when we least expect it. Just keep learning, keep moving forward, and trust yourself.

उत्तर:

मैं यह पूरी तरह समझ सकता हूँ।

हममें से कई लोग ऐसी ही स्थितियों से गुज़रे हैं। हम कड़ी मेहनत करते हैं, ज़िम्मेदारी लेते हैं, फिर भी मौके देर से मिलते हैं। लेकिन हमें हिम्मत नहीं हारनी चाहिए।

मैं अपने अनुभव से कुछ बातें शेयर करना चाहूँगा:

नई चीज़ें सीखते रहें - - - हर नई स्किल हमें मज़बूत बनाती है।

मालिक की तरह काम करें - - - चाहे आप थर्ड पार्टी कॉन्ट्रैक्टर हों या कंपनी के पेरोल पर, ऐसे काम करें जैसे यह आपकी अपनी कंपनी हो। लोग इस रवैये को जल्दी पहचान लेते हैं।

अपने काम को दिखाएँ - - - आपने जो अच्छा किया है, जो सुधार किया है, या जो भी बदलाव लागू किए हैं, उन्हें हाईलाइट करें। अगर अच्छा काम दिखेगा नहीं तो उसकी पहचान नहीं होगी।

पॉजिटिव तरीके से जुड़े रहें - - - अच्छे रिश्ते बनाए रखें, विनम्र रहें, और लोगों से जुड़े रहें। नेटवर्किंग से कई मौके मिलते हैं।

ज़रूरत पड़ने पर बदलाव से न डरें - - - कभी-कभी सही ग्रोथ तभी मिलती है जब हम एक कदम आगे बढ़ाते हैं।

याद रखें, ईमानदार कड़ी मेहनत कभी बेकार नहीं जाती।

हमारी लगन और इरादे एक दिन हमें वहाँ ज़रूर ले जाएँगे जहाँ हम पहुँचने के हकदार हैं।

हमारा समय ज़रूर आएगा, कभी-कभी तब जब हम इसकी सबसे कम उम्मीद करते हैं। बस सीखते रहें, आगे बढ़ते रहें, और खुद पर भरोसा रखें।
