Effective Contact Management is Easy and REWARDING.

अगर आपने फिर से मुझे फोन किया है तो आपका नाम देखकर ही मुझे पता चल जाएगा कि आप मेरे साथ किस तरह से कनेक्ट हो, आपका नाम क्या है, कंपनी का नाम क्या है और कहां से है, और हमारी पहले मुलाकात या बात कब और कैसे हुई थी। और हां इसके लिए कोई बड़ा टूल नहीं है।

आपका नाम मैंने जिस प्रीफिक्स और सफिक्स  के साथ से सेव किया है उसी से मुझे यह सब पता चलता है। स्मार्टफोन तो बाद में आया लेकिन जब से एक्सेल शीट उसे करना शुरू किया तब से मेरा कांटेक्ट मैनेजमेंट इसी तरह शुरू हो गया था। 

इसका फायदा यह हुआ के जैसे ही गूगल कांटेक्ट जैसा जबरदस्त टूल मिला तब सारे कांटेक्ट उसके ऊपर ट्रांसफर [इम्पोर्ट] हो गए। 

नए कांटेक्ट को सेव करने में टाइम नहीं लगता लेकिन हम इसको बहुत छोटा काम समझ कर पोस्टपोन कर देते हैं और फिर वह कभी नहीं होता। 

हमें तो कांटेक्ट सेव करना है बस। बाकी काम तो गूगल ही कर देता है जैसे सिंक्रोनाइज़ करना, डुप्लीकेट कॉन्टेक्ट्स को मर्ज करने के लिए सजेस्ट करना, जो कीवर्ड दो उसके हिसाब से रिजल्ट निकल देना, वौइस्-कमांड से कॉल लगा देना। 

कांटेक्ट मैनेजर (स्प्रेडशीट) के अलग अलग सेल से डेटा उठाकर एक कॉमन पर्सनल मैसेज बना दो और उसको पूरे लिस्ट में पॉप्युलेट कर दो। 

फिर तो आप का वह कांटेक्ट मैनेजर है और वेब-व्हॉट्सएप या जीमेल या दोनों। 

बस म्यूज़िक सुनते जाओ और कीबोर्ड ऐसे चलाते रहो जैसे आप खुद वह म्यूज़िक बजा रहे हो। 

कौन सी की'स सब से ज़्यादा हिट होगी यह तो आप बता ही दोगे।  

If you call me second time, just by looking at your name on my mobile I would know how you connected with me, what's your name, what's the name of your company and where are you from, and when and if we first met or talked.

How did it happen? And yes, there is no big tool for this.

Smartphones came later, but ever since I started using Excel sheets, my contact management started like this.

The advantage of this was that as soon as a powerful tool like Google Contacts was available, all the contacts were transferred [imported] on it.

It does not take time to save a new contact but we consider it a very small task and postpone it and then it never happens.

We just have to save the contact there and then.
The rest of the work is done by Google itself like synchronizing, suggesting to merge duplicate contacts, giving results according to the keywords given, making calls through voice command.

Now, just create a common personal message by pulling data from different cells of the contact manager (spreadsheet) and populate it across the list.

Then that is your contact manager and web-Whatsapp or Gmail or both.

Just keep listening to the music and keep playing the keyboard and send the messages / emails as if you are playing the music yourself.
